VOTE! I found today a delicious light ice cream! It's Edy's American Idol and you have to vote to get the flavor to stay! The flavor I want votes for is the "Take The Cake", it's the yellow cake mix with frosting and sprinkles! It is soooo good, my kids love it too! 3 points for 1/2 cup and I put it on the cone that is chocolate dipped for 1 more point! What a great snack it was! Please give it a try and VOTE!!!!!! Go to www.slowchurned.com to cast your vote.

I CANNOT fail to mention the BEST snack for 1 point~ HERSHEY STICKS! If you love chocolate, they are a perfect snack, feel like more have 2 for 2 points or even 3 for 3 points! The caramel are the BEST flavor although the other 3 flavors are also delicious! It tastes excellent and takes care of that craving for chocolate!

Also, a great lunch idea I just tried and loved is the "South Beach Diet" Turkey Club Wrap. Only 5 points and that includes the jello dessert it comes with! Really good!

I found a hot chocolate for 0 points! Nestle carb select fat free hot cocoa, with a dollop of fat free whipped topping it's a filling 0 point snack!

WOW! Brand new item, sooo good! Hostess 100 calorie packs! Found them today in Walmart, 2 boxes for $5.00, they are great! I bought the golden cake with chocolate icing and the carrot cake, I also saw in the ad they have chocolate cake with chocolate icing. It comes 3 small cupcakes to a serving, 2 points. The only complaint I have is the size, they are very small, but not on taste and it IS for a diet. So I highly recommend them! (Update: I bought the chocolate cake with chocolate icing today and they are only 1 point!)
